The Role

This role supports the implementation of a major organisational project to drive changes to the operational structures and cadences of client services divisions for adaptation to the new organisation.

Together with key internal stakeholders, the role is responsible for developing and implementing the client services transformation plan, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful execution of the change project, aligning the organisation's operations with its strategic directions. Essentially, this role acts as catalyst for positive change, supporting the client services directorate with project development and implementation, while managing BAU remains the priority of focus for directorate leads.
Specifically, the Project Coordinator will:

  • Ensure consistent planning, coordination, delivery, and integration of operational activities across the directorate.
  • Align integration efforts with the organisation's strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a structured project plan using Monday.com.
  • Support project documentation and assist stakeholders with administrative tasks related to their specific projects.
  • Prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively to enable smooth and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, track resource usage, and support SLG and MLG stakeholders through the transformation process.
  • Oversee project components, including task allocation, progress tracking, and milestone management.
  • Address issues promptly and escalate where necessary to minimise disruptions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Executive Director and senior management.
  • Schedule meetings and manage the logistical aspects of project activities.
  • Contribute actively to the organisation's TPCG initiatives.

Your Profile

You are an immediately available Project Coordinator or Project Manager with the following skills:

  • Qualification in project management or relevant area with at least 5 years experience in project implementation
  • com or similar project management platforms
  • Demonstrated project management/coordination skills
  • Excellent initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility and can-do attitude

Desirable:

Solid knowledge of community services/health sector.
