Description
The ROLE
- Demonstrate commitment to a safe working environment and contribute to the development of the Safety 1st culture.
- Ensure compliance with Hazell Bro Group, OH&S regulations, work instructions, and procedures.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, productive team by conducting regular performance reviews and managing team dynamics.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Hazell Bros products and services.
- Work to meet and exceed customer expectations through effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee the safe and efficient completion of all activities on site.
- Monitor and report on the performance of operations, providing improvement ideas where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with all business regulations and contractual terms related to cost and budgeting.
- Identify resource and skills gaps, developing strategies for closing these gaps.

Skills And Experiences
About YOU
- Extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
- Proven experience in the effective management and leadership of employees.
- Demonstrated compliance management experience.
- Ability to understand and manage client and project requirements.
- Experience in identifying and addressing resource gaps and operational challenges.
- Construction Industry White Card (or ability to obtain).
- Drivers licence.
- Certificates in project/construction project management (highly desirable)
Essential Knowledge
- Job Safety Analysis, hazard awareness, identification and controls.
- Established leadership and operational management skills.
- Understanding of regulatory governance and legislative requirements.
