About The Role
WorkPac is currently in search of a Property Manager to join our esteemed client's team, based in Hillarys. This position is a full-time permanent position with our client.
Duties And Responsibilities
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100110 propertiesConduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections, and prepare condition reportsCoordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeopleEnsure compliance with tenancy legislation and company proceduresPrepare and lodge lease agreements, renewals, and related documentationManage rent collection, arrears, and bond lodgementsHandle tenancy disputes and attend tribunal hearings if required
Skills And Experience
Minimum 12 months experience Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management best practicesProficient in using Property Me or similar property management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradesHighly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to conduct property inspections and manage maintenance requests independentlyCurrent WA Drivers Licence (essential)A current Property Management Registration (REIWA or DMIRS) is required
