About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the BloodSafe team as an eLearning Support Officer, where you will be responsible for:
- Provide a range of project support services to contribute to the delivery, management and evaluation of the BloodSafe eLearning Australia Program.
- Provide an efficient, customer-focused administrative service to support the program activities of the BloodSafe eLearning Australia Program.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally.
- Experience in providing project support services or undertaking minor projects
- Experience in providing quality customer services, including providing written and verbal advice, information and problem solving non-routine issues.
- Proven ability to show initiative to solve problems and possess a high level of organisational skills and judgement, through the use of guidelines, protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and autonomously.
