About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and driven ENT Fellow to join our dynamic Otolaryngology Unit, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to both inpatient and outpatient populations. Under the direct guidance of our experienced consultant specialists, you’ll be hands-on in managing day-to-day clinical duties, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a wide scope of cases and work alongside experts committed to best practice and patient-centred care.
Beyond clinical work, you’ll be encouraged to take an active role in clinical governance, quality assurance programs, and research initiatives that shape the future of ENT care. From leading clinical reviews and preparing reports, to contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, your expertise will help elevate the training of future clinicians. Eligible for AHPRA registration with relevant postgraduate research qualification

Strong communication, negotiation, and complaint resolution skills

Proven experience in general ENT, Head and Neck, and Robotic Surgery

Demonstrated ability to lead, teach and work within multidisciplinary teams
