The Position
Based in the Northern Midlands, this 4,636ha aggregation supports irrigated cropping, pasture production, and a significant livestock program across sheep, beef, and dairy support operations. The farm is well-resourced, with advanced infrastructure and a strong team culture.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Aggregation Manager to implement plans, monitor production, and improve systems across both livestock and cropping operations. You’ll be instrumental in collecting and interpreting data, coordinating inputs, and ensuring accurate reporting to drive day-to-day decisions and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support operational planning and execution across livestock and cropping
- Collect and analyse data on crop yields, pasture growth, irrigation and livestock metrics
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
- Assist in trial implementation, agronomic planning, and input management
- Monitor and support irrigation scheduling and water use efficiency

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in broadacre cropping and/or mixed farming systems
- A working knowledge of livestock production and pasture management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using farm management software and digital tools
- Qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Farm Management (preferred)
- A proactive, self-motivated operator who can work independently or in a team
- Results-driven, commercially aware, and systems-minded
- An excellent communicator with a collaborative approach
