About You:

As the central hub of our team and community, this position is vital in maintaining our unity and organisation. About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of house: intake and appointment management from client bookings to room bookings.
  • Build relationships: Use your great verbal and written communication skills to establish rapport with clients, stakeholders and team members.
  • Administration Duties: Manage filing & data input, forward invoices to finance team, record minutes during meeting, stationary inventory control, maintain office organisation and tidiness.
  • Assist with Emergency Relief: Help with our ER services, maintaining and refilling supplies, assisting and supporting walk in clients, and link clients to other LC services.

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Ochre Card
  • National Police Clearance
