The menu features classic Italian dishes such as margarita pizza, seafood linguine, ravioli, meat, and tiramisu, all prepared using high-quality imported ingredients and seasonal specials.
Luigi’s Italian Restaurant is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising shifts;
- Training new and current employees;
- Maximising customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints;
- Creating schedules;
- Tracking employee work hours and recording payroll data;
- Appraising staff performance and providing feedback;
- Interviewing and recruiting new employees;
- Managing daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations;
- Ensuring all cash-outs are completed correctly at the end of the day;
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards;
- Managing inventory;
- Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses;
- Controlling operational costs and finding ways to reduce waste;
- Reviewing product quality and researching new vendors;
- Finding creative solutions when issues arise;
About you:
- Relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager;
- Strong management skills;
- Excellent customer service and ability to manage compliant and queries;
- Ability to multitask and maintain everything running smoothly;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Salary: $73,000 - $83,000
