About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Café and rooftop bar operations within this premium venue. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality-particularly in high-volume restaurants, lifestyle venues, who understands the importance of exceptional service.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including team leadership, training, staffing levels, stock management, financial accountability, and health and safety compliance. You'll work closely with our marketing team to promote seasonal offerings and member engagement campaigns, while maintaining a consistent presence on the floor to ensure the highest standards of service are met. This is a full-time leadership role in a seven-day operational venue, offering a balanced roster with two regular days off per week, idealy Sundays & Mondays. With early morning and evening service periods, availability between 5:30am and 8:30pm is essential to support the rhythm of our member's active lifestyles.

Your Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will be required to have, but are not limited to the following attributes
* Relevant Qualifications including RSA, RMLV, First Aid, WHS
* Previous Experience F&B Operations - Restaurants, Café, Bars and Clubs
* Management of P.O.S, Rostering & Cost Control of the F&B Departments
* Employee relations, recruitment, retention, rostering, training and development
* Great Customer service, dealing with members, owners, and stake holders
* Dynamic, energetic, and positive energy and a hands-on leader
