About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Officer to provide a visible security presence while delivering exceptional customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors at the University.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure safety and security of people and buildings.

Escort individuals around the site as needed.

Ensure property is locked and unlocked as per security protocols.
-
Guide and assist individuals navigating the site.
-
Document incidents and provide detailed reports.
-
Communicate clearly and calmly with key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
-
Certificate II in Security Operations and a current First Aid certificate (essential).
-
NSW Security Licence.
-
Strong customer-focused attitude.
-
Ability to stay alert and focused on tasks.
-
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
