Our Business Support team is a small group of individuals who have a large impact on the company as whole and have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business across all teams and levels. As a part of the Business Support team, you will contribute to our firm performing at optimal level. This position is based in our Perth, WA office. This role is fully office based.

So, what will you do?
This role is perfect for someone ready to take on leadership responsibilities for the first time or for those with prior leadership experience, overseeing a small, dedicated team. Key responsibilities include:
- Living the Senversa Culture by assisting in creating a supportive, nurturing and exciting workplace
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the WA team and support the national business as part of the broader Business Support team.
- Format and produce documents and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the team with travel arrangements and finance administration.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions and client meetings.
- Perform reception duties and general office administration.
- Welcoming and onboarding new starters and visitors
- Managing Administrative Tasks -Review and approve timesheets and expense claims.
- Identifying recruitment needs and supporting recruitment activities for the team.
- General collaboration and communication with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Highly desirable professional skills you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative based role
- Experience in an administrative based role within professional services is advantageous
- A strong willingness to learn & a positive attitude
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong time management skills & work ethic
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in leading or developing teams would be advantageous but not a requirement.
