Full-time, Kirrawee location

Anglicare is looking for a warm, experienced and values-driven Care Service Leader to oversee the delivery of in-home care services within one of our vibrant Retirement Villages. This is a meaningful leadership role focused on supporting older Australians to live independently, safely, and with dignity.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, promote a positive team culture, and ensure care KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met.

  • Workforce & Performance Management: Recruit, train and develop care staff, manage rosters and scheduling, and foster a culture of empowerment, recognition, and continuous improvement.

  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, manage WHS obligations, and respond to feedback or incidents appropriately.

  • Collaboration & Community: Work alongside chaplains, clinical teams, and the wider village community to support holistic, resident-centred care.

About You

  • You’re a compassionate and organised care leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You enjoy supporting others to succeed, building strong relationships, and improving outcomes for older Australians.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and create a positive team culture.

  • Aged Care Experience: Deep understanding of home care programs, aged care compliance, and person-centred service delivery.

  • Operational Strength: Confident managing budgets & care planning systems

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and advocacy skills to build trust with residents, families, and colleagues.

  • Strong working knowledge of My Aged Care and care funding models

  • Experience using client management systems and scheduling tools
