What’s the role?

As Senior Manager Compliance, you will provide dedicated second line support to the Business Bank and Private Wealth Division. The primary focus will be to provide advice, insight and oversight to support compliance with regulatory requirements, frameworks and policies. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high quality and timely advice
• Supporting the business on regulatory and business change initiatives
• Undertaking compliance assessments of incidents
• The delivery of compliance training as required
• Assist the business to navigate regulatory obligations whilst supporting commercial outcomes

What do I need?

• Experience in Compliance, Risk or Legal function.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a view to influence.
• Demonstrated experience in managing key stakeholder relationships.
