The Role
- Full time, Fixed term (up to 24 months)
You will assist the Manager, Commercial Property and Leasing to deliver corporate property objectives regarding the occupation of space by third parties, the leasing of space outside our campus's, acquisition and disposal of sites and general property advice to our internal stakeholders. Operating within a small team, you will be flexible, be able to prioritise your workload and will be responsible for a range of activities making no one day the same.

Commercial Services Directorate, The Division of Finance provides a range of corporate services involving finance, accounting operations and systems, and the operation of commercial and campus-based services.
The Commercial Property and Leasing team is responsible for the management and administration of the property portfolios of Charles Sturt relating to properties leased by the University and University property leased to third parties for the purposes of community and industry engagement or return. We work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver corporate property objectives.
