The centralised Staff Health Administration Officer provides support for members of the service including the Respiratory Protection Program. This position ensures the provision of frontline duties such as reception, face to face and over the phone support, and responding to general enquiries.
The successful incumbent will provide transactional advice and scheduling and systems support to the clients of the service. Key duties will also include reports generation, data entry across a variety of programs and databases, and monitoring and the shared mailbox.
