As a People and Culture Coordinator you will..
Provide support during all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance management. The role provides first level advice and support to management and employees on a diverse range of People and Culture enquiries. It also supports the wider team by ensuring People and Culture information and record management systems are always up-to-date.
Your days will involve..
- Providing a range of administrative and support services to the People and Culture function including responding to employee queries, consult and advise on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure accurate information is maintained and timely advice is provided
- Supporting the People and Culture team with the administration and coordination of the end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, induction, onboarding, training and development, transfers and terminations
- Administering people related systems (Connx, Enboarder, MS Excel, Excelerate etc); ensure accurate and up to date data is maintained
- Ensuring people are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles; support the effective and timely implementation of performance management activities
- Influencing the development of a high-performance culture with a focus on programs which improve employee engagement; support leaders with communication and change management initiatives
A little bit about you..
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- Excellent communication skills, including communication on key changes and sensitive issues to all employees across the business
- Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organisation
- Strong personal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Enthusiastic, energetic with a positive and motivated approach to work
- Able to work independently and with a flexible team environment
- A passion for engaging employees
