With major relationships with Sandvik, Komatsu, CJD Volvo, Hitachi and large number of Civil Infostructure customers. They offer the full turnkey solution from, Parts, Service, technical backup and sales & rental of new equipment. They also offer a full range of Demolition attachments like Pulverizes, Steel Shearers, Screening Buckets, magnets and other associated equipment. With true success through Sydney Tunnels, Airports and Rail projects this company has a winning desire to be market leader.
Job Opportunity –
In this role your focus will be to sell New attachments mainly Hammers into major Tier1, 2,3 contractor market and look to build, secure and drive new equipment sales. You will need to manage tight territory. Upselling, cross-selling to current customers is critical in this role. The name of the game here is new equipment sales. You will cover a huge area from Newcastle to Canberra ACT, you will be looking at 4/8 nights away each month and covering the country areas of NSW and ACT.
As business has grown there is an element to this role that is Hire of Attachments, the current state of play is a breakdown of
- 70% Sales of New equipment
- 30% Rental of Equipment
The Managing director foresees this change over time and the role being more focused on Rental, but this is only a prediction. We really want someone out there knocking on doors, driving market share and taking customers from direct competitors, and brick walling them to you. You will also have Used equipment to offer and Sales or Parts but it’s the complete Hammers that are for sale.

Candidate Requirements
If you have Sold Hydraulic Rock breakers or Hammers before we would love to talk with you right away.
- 5+ Years of Earthmoving attachments Sales
- Sydney Based
- Fluid Power or Hydraulic Trade experience
- Strong Contacts within Civil, Infostructure or End User Customers
- Willingness to travel throughout NSW and ACT
- Outgoing and positive nature
- Team Player
- You need to be passionate and self-motivated to drive this role forward, We are looking for a Hunter that will shake up the market and push hard to increase unit sales and market share.
Salary Package –
- Base Salary - $100,000 to $110,000
- Supernations – 11.5%
- Uncapped Commissions - $100,000 to $150,000
