We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide crucial support in coordinating events and meetings within a professional corporate environment. This dynamic role involves working closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring every interaction and event runs smoothly and professionally.
**This role requires an ongoing commitment to a 38 hour working week, with availability from Monday - Friday**

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, professional, and genuine customer experience to all internal and external clients.
- Coordinate and support a variety of events, meetings, and client bookings across dedicated client floors.
- Assist with and respond to booking-related queries, providing timely updates and proactive solutions.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all booking requirements are accurately captured and executed.
- Create and maintain detailed run sheets, menus, and event documentation.
- Communicate effectively with reception, concierge, kitchen, AV, and boardroom teams to ensure seamless service.
- Manage and resolve client concerns with professionalism and effective outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of senior executives and high-profile guests to deliver tailored service.
- Stay informed on policy and procedure changes, helping educate clients where necessary.
