Client Services Coordinator
JRM is looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join the Client Services team for a large corporate setting in Sydney CBD. You will be providing professional and expectional customer service by managing all internal and external customers through the precicnt.
This role requires availability for 38 hours per week Monday - Friday in an ongoing capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing dynamic and genuie customer experiences for internal and extrnal customers and clients
- Responsible for coordinating events and assisting the Client Services Manager, while overseeing standard meeting room bookings on the client floor
- Assist with booking queries on the client floor and have knowledge of senior excutives and high profile clients
- Managing expectations and provide proactive alternatives and solutions
- Liase with customers concering their bookings and any aditional information
- Ordering of foral and hire equipment when required
- Create detailed run sheets and menus
- Provide clear communication between reception, concierge, kitchen, boardroom and AV teams
- Build relationships and hanlde complaints and ability to provide solutions
- Identify cost saving initiatives without compromisign service areas
Qualifications:
- Study in Events or Hospitality field
- Competent computer skills - including MIcrosoft Office and booking systems
- Valid RSA certification
- Full working rights in Australia
