Core Talent is seeking a Service Coordinator to support various key clients in managing high volumes of work orders across a variety of hard services, including Fire, HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical.
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless scheduling and coordination of technicians, subcontractors, and service providers. You will be responsible for managing and prioritising work orders, allocating resources efficiently, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Manage and schedule high volumes of work orders across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other hard services.
- Resource Allocation : Allocate and coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.
- Work Order Management : Track, update, and close out work orders while maintaining accurate documentation in internal systems.
- Client & Team Liaison : Communicate with clients, technicians, and internal teams to manage service requests and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all services are compliant with relevant standards and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
