About the role
Maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the timely completion of key financial processes, our Finance Administrator works closely with both the Killara administration and Elders finance teams, providing precision and integrity of the feedlot’s financial performance. You will also be responsible with developing and updating Business Plans to meet budget and monitor working capital costs.
Responsibilities
As the Finance Administrator, you will:

Prepare and provide EOM financial reports, analysis and insights to key stakeholders

Assist with investigating financial anomalies and preparing the P&L

Monitor company fleet including allocation, repairs, maintenance, fuel usage, and infringements

Oversee onsite and offsite residences including arranging leases, entry and exit reports

Coordinate site IT asset updates/ replacements/ repairs with Elders IT team

Compile and submit monthly board reports
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will possess:

Previous finance experience within a complex organisation

Strong financial acumen and attention to detail

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce or equivalent

Articulate communication with the ability to communicate at all levels

Solid understanding of internal accounting and reporting processes

Q-Fever vaccination
