YOUR TEAM

The broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients, across traditional offline channels.

Our I&A team are fully embedded within our Mindshare client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on.

This squad pride themselves on the best-in-class work that we deliver by collaborating to create a real impact to our clients.

YOUR ROLE

Location: Sydney

Joining a team of approx. 8, the I&A Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets;

  • Grow your understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
  • Grow and develop relationships with clients at a junior level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation
  • Engage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
  • Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal key stakeholders on delivery and reporting regularly.

This role is ideal for someone with a bit of experience and understanding of the media industry. So thrive in this role you'll learn quickly, ask lots of questions, be ambitious and have a great attention to detail. We're also looking for;
