About the Opportunity
In this exciting newly created career opportunity, you will focus on increasing primary demand for INNOVA Fibre Cement products and systems. You will represent the INNOVA brand and selling the range of products and systems to residential builders and contractors. Working closely with our dedicated sales, technical and specification teams to increase brand awareness, sales and profit via our established merchant channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieving set sales targets and profitable business growth for the Company
- representing INNOVA’s range of products and promotion of this range to residential builders
- Utilising CRM to update sales activities and achieving periodic KPI’s
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts through regular contact with customers
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Developing and implementing account, market, and technical support strategies
- Delivering client presentations to large and small groups and product training
- Utilise CRM to update sales activity, quotations and customer opportunity pipeline
- Review and analyse customer sales revenue to identify market trends (decline or increase) and accountable for implementing strategies to reverse negative trends
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Account Manager
- Previous experience working in a sales capacity in the building industry and have a trade or professional background
- Demonstrated success in business development within the building and construction industry specifically residential builders
- Proven track record of sales, meeting budgets and activity reporting
- Have an in depth understanding of the building process and related materials
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- QLD drivers licence
