A sign-on bonus of $7,000. ($3,500 payable at completion of first month, $3,500 payable upon completion of 6 months)

Competitive pay rates, we will add an extra $3.00 per hour to your existing wage

Extra allowances for rigging tickets and HR/MR truck licenses

Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card

A 4-day work week, enjoy a long weekend every weekend

You will:

Showcase your capability to effectively lead a dedicated team and manage our customers sites

Take an active role in guiding the team with clarity and precision

Provide onsite maintenance for TS Global products and offer insights and recommendations to improve product performance

Reduce the likelihood of breakdowns and guarantee that our conveyor products meet customer expectations

Work with conveyor and accessories related repairs, refurbs, maintenance, repairs, manufacturing and overhaul

Accurately complete all necessary documentation requirements
We need you to:

Be trades qualification in fitting or boilermaking or be a level 3 Belt Splicer

Proven abilities in prior supervisory positions or a readiness to advance into a supervisory role.

Possess the motivation and dedication necessary to effectively manage customer sites

Possess the capability to effectively mentor and drive a team

Be able to read and understand engineering drawings with a mechanical mind set

Have good communication skills and be able problem-solve, with the ability to think outside the square

Have strong commitment to safety and quality

Have a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation and team commitment

Have a current drivers’ licence to travel to sites
Having experience and knowledge in conveyor belt systems and their related components is definitely a plus!
PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT
All successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.
