The Opportunity

Black Toyota Chinchilla, have an opportunity for a Service Receptionist / Advisor to join our well established team. The opportunities for development are endless. This is not your every day Receptionist role, this crucial role is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving first class service during their interaction with you. This will be achieved by delivering friendly, professional and prompt communication over the phone & in person, in order to maintain and deliver an Exceptional Experience alongside your team.

This is your chance to become a part of a prestige service team, with customer service at the forefront of their minds. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Service Receptionist who is prepared to go above and beyond for our valued customers. This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

As our new Service Receptionist, you will be

  • Connecting with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism.

  • Using your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines

  • Answering inbound calls for the Service Department promptly

  • Making Service Appointments via phone, emails, online bookings and walk-ins.

  • Preparing repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording.

  • Preparing customer invoices, checking work costs and taking payments for repairs.

  • Creating and updating quotes and liaising with customers to confirm pricing and work agreement.

  • Coordinating transport for Customers to and from the Dealership

  • Liaising with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff

  • Performing clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration

  • Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
