As a Surveillance Digital Technician, you will be at the forefront of our security efforts, utilising the latest in surveillance and security technology to protect our assets and people. You will optimise the use of current and emerging surveillance equipment, ensuring that our systems are always operating at peak efficiency to maintain the integrity of our operations.

A few of your responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve faults, maintenance requests and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated Surveillance systemsProvide technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systemsConduct preventative maintenance to CCTV cameras and system, including hardware replacement programsAssist with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the systemAssist the Surveillance leadership team with various projects, ensuring timely completion and within allocated budgetsMaintain compliance with all regulatory and WH&S requirements
What we are looking for:
Certification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment (highly regarded)Extensive experience in Surveillance, IT operating systems and/or CCTV installations, programming, maintenance & repairsExperience using AutoCad, IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs and fault finding, highly regardedStrong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirementsAbility to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and proceduresExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsCurrently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) licenseAvailable to work a full-time Monday to Friday roster with flexibility to attend callouts as required
