We’re on the hunt for Experienced Casual Chefs to bring their skills and passion to our dynamic kitchen team.
What we’re looking for: We need someone who brings both experience and energy to the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP)

Strong skills in prepping ingredients (vegetables, meats, seafood)

Confidence handling frying and grilling during busy services

An organized, calm, and clean approach to work

The ability to manage their own section during peak hours

A commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen after every service

Must have Australian work rights.
