Who we are looking for
Are you a talented Chef with a flair for creating delicious, high-quality meals? We are looking for a Qualified Chef to join our culinary team.
In this role, you'll ensure that our club members and guests receive exceptional meals, prepared with care and served promptly. You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, leading by example and helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.
If you’re a creative and motivated Chef who thrives in a high-energy environment, we want you to bring your expertise to our team!
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma of Commercial cookery or relevant Trade certificate
- 2 + years experience as a Chef
- Previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen
- Previous experience catering for functions and events
- Knowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including the preparations, fryers, grill, pans and function service.
- Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays)
