Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in overseeing commercial & retail fit outs.The start date for this contract is Monday, 5th May 2025.
The first project is a large retail store fit out for approx 12 weeks on a nightshift. The next available contract will be days or nights on a commercial office fit out for approx 22 weeks.
If you'd like to start with a Tier 1 fit out & construction company on 5th May doing Night Shifts on a large retail unit in Sydney, CBD - this could be the job for you.
You'll oversee the nightshift subcontractors, logistics and labour to do a full fit out for a well known brand. It will be your responsibility to ensure WH&S, site runs to program and client satisfaction.
You will oversee subcontractors and quality produced by trades, ensuring interior fit out and finishings are in line with drawings and timeframes.
You'll be comfortable directing subcontractors and labour in order to deliver the project on time and within budget.
You'll be an excellent communicator, comfortable dealing with and updating all stakeholders, including clients who expect a professional service. The large retail brand have numerous fit outs planned in the next 12 months so is a great opportunity to be considered for all other contracts.
You must have:
- Certificate IV in Building/Construction
- First Aid / CPR

We have a number of contracts available with various planned start dates. We can payroll you via TFN or ABN (Pty Ltd only with insurances). You will be paid per hour and it will be paid to you weekly.
