With a growing pipeline of approved mixed-use developments—including residential, commercial (retail included) projects (medium density homes to multi-unit high-rise developments)—the total value exceeds $1 billion, with individual projects surpassing $100 million.
As a result, MPL Group is keen to connect with local professionals who possess relevant experience and qualifications in construction and development. They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for an immediate start.
The Role - Construction Site Manager: to deliver ~200 residential dwellings/townhouses as part of a larger Master Plan community, with future opportunity to delivery Mixed-use/Residential Commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan construction delivery of ~200 dwellings as part of a much larger Master plan community development.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders, clients, investors and project teams.
We are looking to connect with candidates who demonstrate
- A track record of successful project delivery with Project Home Builders.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, particularly with significant project home builds from ~100 plus delivered simultaneously.
- Present with Trade and Construction Project Management qualifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Expertise in the local market, and strong relationships.
