Key Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business. Your main focus will be on identifying and securing new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and establishing long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and contribute to the company’s continued success:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to grow the client base;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients;
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing; and
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and client solutions.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role;
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business;
- Industry knowledge of Tier One Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing is a plus; and
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
