Our client is a well-established, family owned residential building company, known for delivering high-quality products and services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated Service & Warranty Coordinator to join their team.As a Service & Warranty Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty claims and service requests. You will liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resolution of issues while providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process warranty claims in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate service requests and schedule technicians or contractors as neededLiaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficientlyMaintain accurate records of all warranty claims and service requestsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsProvide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
About You:
Previous experience in a service coordination, warranty management, or customer service role within the building, construction, or manufacturing industry is essentialStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
