What's involved –

The nurse unit manager (nurse grade 7) is accountable at an advanced practice level for:

  • Coordination of human and/or material resources,
  • Provide nursing leadership to support effective business practices for the Blackall Hospital ward and Emergency Department.
  • Implement plans related to safe, consumer focused clinical care, and the continuous quality improvement and ongoing professional development of staff.
