Description:

The Membership and Ticketing Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and fans. This position is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and administration of all membership and ticketing processes. You'll be at the forefront of engaging with supporters, ensuring seamless access to games and events, and helping grow the Green Machine’s loyal following.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of membership marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update the membership database
  • Sell and service Raider’s members, particularly throughout key renewal periods
  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and in-person at the Raiders Centre in Braddon.
  • Coordinate member pack fulfilment and delivery
  • Support member retention initiatives and help deliver loyalty programs
  • Assist with match-day enquiries in the Membership box office window.
  • Assist in preparing reports on ticket sales performance and attendance
  • Support and coordinate group ticket sales
  • Support the wider commercial and marketing team as required
  • Assist with data collection and reporting to inform future membership and ticketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Available for all 2025 Canberra Raiders home games.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing platforms (Archtics, Ticketmaster and Ticketek)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, particularly weekends and public holidays.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management or a related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service, ticketing or membership-based role
  • Uphold the Raiders Values of Courage, Respect, Integrity and Professionalism.
  • Adhere to all NRL & Raiders confidentiality requirements.
  • Meet club contractor expectations as outlined in either writing or verbal.

  • Sports Management / Business Degree
  • Sports Marketing / PR / Communications Degree
