This role is responsible for supporting the plant leadership team (maintenance, production, plant manager) in running the Ballarat and Devonport operations in line with our SHE, quality, food safety systems and maintenance systems. The role involves a mix of coordination activities and administration activities with the aim to have the plant operate in compliance with all the internal and external requirements, including customer expectations. You will be exposed to a broad scope of activities at plant level and helps the team to maintain the systems in the right way from the first time. While doing so, you will work on continuous improvement activities that improves work processes at site level. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Integrated Systems Management:

Implementing group and regional processes and templates into the plant for risk assessment, document control, corrective actions etc. for SHE, FSQR and energy systems

Coordinating and delivering training for the sites

Collecting and maintaining data for the management systems

Conducting internal and supplier audits as required

Food Safety & Quality Management:

Contributing to the development of a food safety culture

Adhering to processes, procedures, and directions in relation to food safety and quality management

Ensuring plant food safety (FSSC 22000 & other), quality and continuous improvement system requirements are followed are met.
