Australia's largest podiatry group is looking for a passionate team player who is keen to join our Ballarat team.
We are seeking a friendly receptionist to join our Podiatry clinic team, on a casual basis. We expect that our staff are enthusiastic and driven in their thirst for knowledge and development. The role is ideally suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn new things and someone who is process driven. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!
Duties include, but not limited to:

Delivery of exceptional customer experience to patients

Fielding of inbound calls and patient bookings

Open and closing the clinic

Patient billing and receipting
-
Sterilisation of medical instruments

Completing daily banking reporting
-
Inventory management
-
Preparation of letters, managing mail and other documents including patient files
