- Responsible for the awareness and management of the change enablement Framework & Strategy
- Responsible for managing and coordinating change enablement activities across the end-to-end service environment. Including proactively engaging with Service providers change enablement counterparts during change forums and activities, ensuring timely and effective management of change matters.
- Initiate and chair Change enablement forums and working groups to ensure activities are in alignment with best practise change enablement frameworks.
- Act as the single point of contact for change enablement communications, across an array of recipients - including customer, service provider and wider organisation teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SIAM end-to-end Change enablement or Change management environment.
- 1+ years of experience in developing and implementing Change enablement processes.
- Extensive experience developing & sustaining constructive relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, & industry representatives
- Led initiatives focused on end-user experience within ITSM services and support
- Proven track record of successfully monitoring and governing end-to-end Change enablement.
- Australian Citizen
- Current Baseline Security Clearance or willing to go through clearance
