Selection Criteria
An understanding of and commitment to the mission and purpose of Catholic Education.Professional qualifications in teaching and learning.Demonstrated ability and expertise in developing and implementing flexible and innovative programs designed to support learning.Demonstrated ability to foster positive professional relationships with students conducive to improved learning outcomes and the development of academic achievement.An ability to work as part of a cohesive team and contribute positively to staff professional culture.Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.Demonstrates an understanding of NESA and Diocesan policies and protocols and MCC procedures.Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop effective documentation on school and system platforms.Current NSW Working with Children Check and NESA Accreditation
