About The Role
The Housing Coordinator works with the client services team and other staff members to deliver safe, secure and sustainable housing to low income earners and people with special needs, ensuring that clients, partners and all stakeholders of the organisation receive a customer-oriented service at all times.
The Housing Coordinator is responsible for delivering appropriate, sensitively managed housing services to a portfolio of tenancies within the framework of Kirinari’s policies and procedures.
This position is based at the Lavington office with work between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for:
Working both autonomously and as part of a team to achieve agreed outcomes.Managing a portfolio of tenancies from establishment and allocation through to the end of the tenancy.Field work and working closely with tenants who may demonstrate a variety of complex needsProviding timely, high quality support and services to our customer baseWorking collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersPositively and proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholdersAccurate and timely maintenance of systems and dataWorking effectively and transparently to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
