What You'll Be Doing as a Marketing Specialist
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our new Early Learning Centers.
  • Drive brand awareness for CatholicCare ECEC services through engaging campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager and team to execute the Marketing and Communications Plan.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet objectives.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, from parents to community stakeholders.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Engage with the community to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to optimize our outreach efforts.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education and care sector.
  • Your organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • You possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • You have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • You are a team player who is self-motivated and passionate about community impact.
  • You can build strong relationships with stakeholders and create engaging content.
  • You are committed to promoting the mission and values of CatholicCare.
