About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Agency Manager to provide operational oversight and support to Western Health staff working with people who use family violence. This role has a matrixed reporting structure and will be responsible for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across partner agencies, playing a leading role in the success of the TOD integrated service model, supporting day-to-day operations in the Western Melbourne Orange Door region.
You will be responsible for:
Influencing stakeholders holding competing views and priorities and views.
Negotiating to resolve differences to achieve agreement.
Provide leadership and guidance based on advanced expertise.
Briefing high-level stakeholders within own area of expertise, in a variety of forums.
About the program:
The Orange Door works to keep users of family violence accountable by supporting them to take personal responsibility and to choose to end their violent behaviours and attitudes. It also has an important role in understanding and monitoring users of family violence risk to inform safety planning for victims and families.
