Senior Civil Engineer

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers competent of running their own projects for a Senior Civil Engineer opportunity based in Brisbane working on large, master plan residential developments.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with Tier 1 developers;
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team;
• Ensuring projects are being managed from a commercial perspective and assisting to ensure the successful delivery of the projects on budget and on time;
• Ensuring ongoing professional development aspirations are met.

To be successful in your application you'll have experience as follows:

• 5-15 years' experience as a Civil Engineer (ideally RPEQ) in Australia, preferably in QLD;
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information to clients related to large, master plan developments;
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills;
• Strong consulting and client management skills.
• Proven project delivery capabilities.
