The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of business clients across a variety of industries
• Lead and develop a high performing team
• Drive business development initiatives and client growth
• Be a cultural champion within the firm
• Step confidently into strategic leadership, with Partner mentorship

What You’ll Bring:

• CA or CPA qualified
• 5+ years in public practice (mid-tier or similar environment)
• Strong leadership skills and a people first mindset
• Client facing experience with an advisory focus
