About the Role

Join CFA as a Project Manager and lead the Station Door Replacement Program, overseeing the transition from manual to motorised doors across the state. In this key role, you will manage all aspects of project planning, implementation and governance, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and senior management.

With strong project management expertise, you will guide the team in delivering program activities on time, within budget and in compliance with regulations. You will develop strategies for monitoring, reporting and quality assurance while identifying risks and recommending solutions.

Your responsibilities will also include tracking project performance, aligning objectives with program goals, managing budgets and maintaining accurate project documentation.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multiple and/or complex building projects and an understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders (intra and inter project collaboration) and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to negotiate and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage financial resources
  • Experience working within a volunteer environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management or equivalent (desirable)
