About the role:Job Title: ERP SAP S/4HANA Finance & Budget Planning & Consolidation (BPC) Project Manager
Duration: 14 Months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD
Required skills and competencies:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a project management or project coordination role within finance, ERP, or large-scale ICT transformation projects.
- Strong experience in financial governance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking within enterprise or government environments.
- Proven experience supporting Finance & BPC project governance, including compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity in system transitions.
- Ability to manage Finance & BPC specific project risks, issues, and change controls, ensuring approvals follow established financial governance structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel (for financial data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Project Online, Jira, or equivalent, tracking project milestones, dependencies, and impacts.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance tracking, and project documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in Finance & BPC related project dependencies and data reconciliation challenges.
- Experience working in a matrix management environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across finance, procurement, IT, and ERP teams.
