Applications are being sought for the position of a Accounts Clerk in the Finance Department, Devonport.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in our Devonport office.
You will work closely with our experienced and talented finance team in helping to deliver timely and accurate monthly and year end reporting requirements.
Tasks you will gain experience in and assist with include:

All aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including data entry, imports and reconciliations

Management of credit limits
-
Raise and process credit/debit adjustment notes against invoices

Monthly reporting ensuring all timeframes are met
-
Preparing month-end journals and assist in variance analysis; and

Assist with daily transactional responsibilities of the finance team including batch posting and imports
