Role Perspective:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Administration Clerk to join our busy Administration Team in a full-time capacity at our Head Office in Somerset. While this is a full-time position, flexible working hours will be considered for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of preparing, reviewing and completing invoices for each of our branches. As well as the facilitation of processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Alpha Electrics and Water has provided innovative electrical and water solutions to the Tasmanian industry for over 50 years. We are a Tasmanian-owned business that currently employs over 70 personnel across three sites located in Somerset, Latrobe and Kingston.
About You:
You're good with computers and enjoy providing a very high standard of customer service. You're an organised, proactive person, who is detail oriented and has great communication skills.

You have previous experience in administration/invoicing

Good with computers and comfortable using office software

Enjoys customer interaction and has excellent communication skills

Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Looking for a full-time role or flexible working hours with stability
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Prepare, review and complete invoices for each branch ensuring the data is correct

Perform day to day financial transactions
-
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues

Process and / or set up jobs on Exo Jobcost as required

Assisting with office management duties as required
-
Answering telephones and providing information to customers, clients and visitors
