The Role
Reporting to our Finance Manager and your key responsibility will be liaising with customers to ensure billing is completed on time and within contract obligations.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
Obtaining customer purchase ordersMaintaining job and customer records within Star Scaffolds business systemsCustomer invoicingCustomer credit and claims processingDebtor callsOffice administration duties including customer queries, phone support and general office duties
To be successful in this role you will need a confident and professional manner along with the ability to develop and maintain workable relationships both internally and externally with our valued customers. Our to the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills or experience:
Relevant customer liaison experienceStrong attention to detailCommunication skills with the ability to influence positive outcomesConfident, self-motivated and with the ability to multi-taskResilience in managing difficult situationsCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExperience in the Building and/or Hire industry will be highly regarded
