About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated recruitment professionals to join our team. You will be highly experienced in talent acquisition and candidate management and be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process. You will work closely with our Recruitment Business Partners to source suitably qualified candidates and develop talent pools for high-demand skill sets. Your focus will be on providing a personalised candidate experience and supporting our diversity and inclusion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the candidate lifecycle through the recruitment process to ensure a highly personalised experience.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process to build trust and confidence in our brand.
- Promote the company broadly to attract high-quality candidates locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Develop and maintain candidate talent pools for future opportunities.
- Deliver recruitment services within the established framework and timeframes.
- Champion behavioural competency interview techniques and practices.
- Ensure all candidate interactions are accurately captured in the system.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable).
- Extensive experience in recruitment functions or related fields such as HR or talent acquisition.
- Proven talent management experience, including handling high volumes without compromising the candidate experience.
- Familiarity with the PageUp system (desirable).
- Naturally inquisitive and confident in asking questions on unfamiliar topics
- Excellent time management skills to plan workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with an ability to actively listen.
- Collaborative approach, considering all stakeholders.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
