About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity to expand and develop your career within the motor industry. As the initial point of contact for both internal and external customers you will provide top-tier customer service over the phone and in person.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide customer service and support on all Accounts Payable and Receivable enquiries.

  • Processing of payable invoices and credit notes

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies

  • Greet all customers

  • Be a self-motivated person and team player

  • Handle a range of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, record keeping

  • Manage phone & email correspondence, respond to enquiries

  • Provide all necessary administration support to the team

About you:

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Proven experience in administration

  • IT savvy - proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software ERA (desirable)

  • Stock Control

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or automotive environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • A current drivers license will be required (provisional license acceptable).

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
